Aim

D’Ambrosi, located in the Cotswold’s, is a chef driven culinary concept offering exceptionally delicious prepared foods to take away.

We have worked our tails off for the last two + years, and are so thankful to have a large, existing clientele living between London & The Cotswold’s. We desire nothing more than to expand to London to grow the brand. An offer has been made and accepted at 1A Hollywood Road in Chelsea, we are signing the lease on the 15th of August and hope to be open by late fall.

Our London shop will aesthetically mimic the Cotswolds shop with the same fittings and fixtures where available, having a clean, sophisticated, continental vibe. It will boast a rotisserie (more succulent than our normal cooking methods), a refrigerated deli counter with the prepared composed vegetable dishes you know and love, plus pre-assembled gourmet sandwiches, along with roasted meats and vegetables. There will be a grab-and-go refrigerator to keep it easy and quick if you're in a rush. We intend to expand our selection once we are confident that the chef/manager has mastered the basics. All food (bread withstanding) will be prepared in house. We offer a small, curated range of gourmet goods. The proteins will all be Gluten Free including the DFC (D'Ambrosi Fried Chicken!)  

The business is focused on take-away and delivery, however, while table service will be not be provided, guests will have a place to sit should they wish to sit in. London we're coming for you, our delivery catchment includes all of Chelsea, Fulham, some parts of Battersea and Hammersmith, and we couldn't possibly do without our friends in Notting Hill!

Our operating hours will be approximately 11am-8:00pm six days per week.
