Aim

More than 14 UK men take their lives EVERY DAY. We’ve already helped 12,000 families, but 5,110 men will die this year if nothing changes.

Dad La Soul: Save Lives. Build Futures. Join the Revolution.

Every DAY in the UK, more than 14 men take their own lives.

That’s not just a number. That’s 14 families shattered—14 communities left with a gaping hole.

We know what that moment feels like, and so do far too many people we know.

We also know that:

  • 91% of dads feel less socially isolated after attending our events
  • 90% have made new friends through our community
  • 95% feel they now have a safe space to talk.

But Dad La Soul costs money to run. To build that community. And to reach out to new locations.

Why This Matters:

Fourteen men take their own lives every day, and most never ask for help.

Dad La Soul exists for that dad. For the one who’s running out of reasons.

We’ve already helped 12,000 families, but 5,110 men will die this year if nothing changes.

We’ve brought dads back from the brink of despair.

We’ve made kids smile and had people aged 97 making friends with toddlers and adults with learning difficulties at massive afternoon raves.

Our innovative partnerships with tech hubs, museums, and art galleries have provided thousands of low-income families access to experiences they wouldn’t otherwise have.

SEE OUR IMPACT HERE >

We have helped dads learn and talk about everything from what men need to know about menopause to dealing with stroppy toddlers to coming to terms with post-natal depression and being the victim of childhood abuse.

We’ve built a movement for change.

BUT WE CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU. WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT.

The costs of keeping the lights on have skyrocketed, and traditional funding has slowed to a drip.

  • This isn’t just about losing events. It’s about losing lives.

But here’s what happens when Dad La Soul thrives:

Imagine a world where no dad, anywhere, feels invisible.

Imagine dads in every city, every town, every village, walking into a Dad La Soul chapter and finding hope.

What We’re Fighting For

1. Sustaining Current Chapters: Worthing, Tunbridge Wells and Brighton chapters provide life-changing support to hundreds of dads every week.

We can’t afford to let these lifelines close.

2. Expanding Into New Communities: Eastbourne, and London are seeking help.

With your support, we can answer their calls for help.

3. Building for the Future: By training volunteers in suicide prevention and scaling our impact, we can ensure no dad is left behind.

That’s not just a dream. It’s the future we’re building—together.

But we can't do it alone; we need your help right now.

Join the Revolution.

Be the reason that our door stays open.

If you can afford to, please donate.

If you can't donate cash, we understand times are hard; we get it.

If you know a dad struggling—or even one who looks like he’s got it all sorted—reach out.

Tell him you know a place full of great fellas that can help, and send him our way.

Because sometimes, saving a life starts with something that simple.

Where your cash goes

Twenty Quid:

  • That’s one dad and his kids at a kick-ass playdate.
  • That’s one dad choosing connection over isolation.
  • That’s not a donation. That’s an intervention.

Forty Quid:

  • That gets a dad some music and a few honest books, the kind that spark real talk.
  • Maybe it kicks off a rave in a library or an art gallery. Maybe it just gets them to open up.
  • Either way, it starts something.

Fifty Quid:

  • That gives a dad a space to finally say, “I’m not okay.”
  • Not to a therapist in a suit. To another dad who gets it.
  • We call it the Trojan Horse.
  • Hook them with Lego, coffee, comedy, and then offer the kind of safe space that can save a life.

One Hundred Quid:

  • Funds suicide awareness training for our volunteers.
  • Because sometimes, it’s not what you say. It’s knowing how to listen.

Two Hundred and Fifty:

  • That covers a whole year of support for one dad.
  • Workshops. Check-ins. Creative sessions.
  • The full works. Not just once. Over time.
  • Because staying well takes more than one good day. It takes a village. You’re part of that now.

Five Grand and Up:

  • You’re not just donating. You’re changing the game.
  • That level of support lets us launch new hubs.
  • Train volunteers. Reach dads in towns we’ve never touched.
  • It means a thousand families get to feel less alone.
  • It means your name gets to stand for something.

Real. Necessary. Now.
