To help communities feel empowered and connected - celebrating our differences and bringing people together. Cultural education/exchange.
Our mission at Culture Connect Project CIC is to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion, in an uplifting educational way. We facilitate a variety of cultural enrichment programmes within the Lewes District area and beyond. Our projects seek to broaden horizons, inspire community collaboration, and celebrate the rich tapestry that makes up our beautiful world.
Through our various initiatives and events, we strive to create a platform where people from different backgrounds can come together for creative expression, to exchange knowledge, break down barriers, and increase understanding and acceptance. Our vision is to contribute towards building a vibrant, united and resilient community.
* Shoebox Appeals and Penpal Projects linked with schools/charities in Ghana
* Cultural community events/workshops - featuring food, music, dance, art, fashion and more
* Workshops in schools for schools and groups
* Volunteer opportunities in Ghana
* Selling handmade items from Ghana, Kenya, Gambia and more, for fundraising purposes, and to support artisans
