The money raised is going to be used to continue providing free facilitation for all our cultural and well-being activities along with providing training for more facilitators to assist us with continuing the growth of Culture and Well-being in the future.
As a part of this campaign, we will be able to fund our core activity, helping those who are struggling with mental health and living in isolation. The amount of services delivered depends on whether the target is met or not. There will be an emphasis on all wellbeing activities as part of the funding, and all of these activities will bring the communities together and encourage the sharing of experiences and the ability to learn from one another.
In order to live in isolation, you do not have to live by yourself, but rather with other people. It is a fact that there are more people in this community who suffer from mental health issues and suffer in isolation than you might realise, and this is closer to home than you might think. Anyone can be affected by a crisis for a variety of reasons such as poverty, trauma, bereavement, abuse, mental health issues, addiction, and a wide range of other factors. A crisis does not discriminate against people of any particular age, gender, religion, or caste. Everyone can be affected by this - and everyone can help make a difference.
As the topic of mental health becomes more prevalent and more discussed every day, it is becoming a more prevalent issue that is difficult to ignore. To truly address the issue of isolation within families and in society at large, we need to give serious consideration to the deeper, more rooted causes that are causing isolation within families and in society at large. The situation is worsened by the lack of adequate information about the disease and the length of time it takes for NHS treatment to be provided.
As a result of your contribution to our services, we are able to assist all those in our community who are facing crisis, whether it's a tipping point or a deeply rooted challenge. Through the creation of a safe space where all generations will have the opportunity to engage in an open dialog about the traditional and cultural values that hinder the growth of each individual and help to foster a sense of wellbeing for all, we provide wellbeing. A major focus of our programs is not only helping individuals and families suffering from mental health issues, but also running educational programs that will prevent mental health issues from developing in the first place. Your support will allow us to offer a wide range of classes such as mindfulness, reading, yoga, and crafts, promoting a sense of accomplishment as well as a sense of community and healthy living, and tacklingisolation by making new friends. Taking part in this journey together will result in a lasting legacy for the next generation that will reflect traditional and cultural values realigned for growth, your contribution will be of incredible value.
