Aim
More than ever, we need your help. Any contribution, large or small, helps our hub provide essential support to lonely & isolated people.
St Austell Community helps the local community by supporting vulnerable and socially isolated people in Cornwall. Every day, many residents’ face loneliness, limited mobility, financial hardship, poor health and wellbeing, and difficulties accessing essential services.
With your help, we can make sure they are not left to face these challenges alone.
St Austell Community Hub combats this by providing practical support, companionship, social activities, and a wide range of services that improve health and wellbeing. These services help people stay independent, connected, and valued within their communities. Whether it’s a warm meal, safe transportation, a welfare check, or simply someone to talk to, our work makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
We are currently seeking donations to help us continue and expand this work - making it our mission to help as many people as possible. Your contribution -no matter the size - directly supports older individuals right here in Cornwall.
