St Austell Community Hub has been a beacon of support for the local community for over two decades, offering a heartfelt welcome, nourishing meals and refreshments, transportation, and a range of activities designed to enhance physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
Now, more than ever, we need your help. We are asking for your kind contributions and hoping you can help us reach our target. Reaching this target will help us continue to provide our full range of services in St Austell, including hub Activities, Meal Deliveries, Day Trips, Carer Respite, and Support Groups which ensures our ageing population live well in later life.
