Crossroads Charity Walk - October 2025

Aim

A team of our staff will be completing a charity trek to raise vital funds for Crossroads Derbyshire.

1 in 3 women experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. It's a national emergency. 

Crossroads Derbyshire provides a range of domestic abuse services to support adults and children experiencing domestic abuse in the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales. We have community based services including Outreach support, Children's support, counselling services and a refuge giving safe accommodation and support to young women aged 16-24. 

Inspired by clients who have fundraised for us over the years, a team of staff will be completing their own charity walk to raise vital funds for Crossroads Derbyshire. We will be walking over The Roaches and Lud's Church, Peak District. Please help us by donating to our cause, for every pound raised The Big Give* will double this (up to £2,500).  

We're not just raising funds, we're raising awareness & starting conversations. 

*The Big Give run match funding campaigns for charities and special causes. The Women and Girls Match Fund is designed specifically for charities committed to serving the women and girls in the community. The total amount raised by Crossroads Derbyshire will be transferred during 'The Big Give Week' on 8th - 15th October.
