We are so close to achieving our budget, but now rely on your support!
Your donation will support our film’s production, covering all those fun little purchases! This includes: travel for cast/crew; feeding the cast/crew; sourcing HMU/SFX kit; and ensuring a safe working environment.

"Crooked" follows closeted, ‘tough-guy’ Tommy, who has recently discovered the obscenity of dental costs. He hatches a plan to rob his dentist in order to pay for his teeth correction surgery and impress the boy he’s been secretly pining for.
Our protagonist is an early-twenties bloke called Tommy; completely broke and lovesick. Desperately wanting to impress the guy who works at the local chippy (Sammy), as a closeted homosexual without any money and limited charm, he figures that he’ll have to rely on looks. However, there’s a problem… his teeth are ‘FUCKED’. Chipped, wonky and not the cleanest. Embarrassed by this, Tommy has refused to smile for nearly 10 years, resulting in his reputation as a tough gangster in the North Devon district.
After chipping yet another tooth during a house party, he decides to set up a heist. The plan: rob the dental practice. Believing this is morally fine - since he will be using the money to pay for teeth correction surgery - he enlists the help of his somewhat-stupid flatmate (Fran The Chav). Trouble strikes, as they discover the surgery they’ve chosen to hit is in fact a 24-hour emergency service and doesn’t receive cash payments.

More than that?? Unbelievable gratitude (and a cake)!!!

If we are able to achieve our crowdfunding goal of £500, we can create a short film with better resources and highlighting the amazing talent of South West filmmakers!
If we are able to exceed our fund, then we will be able to cover addition expenses for crewmembers.
