Our income has dramatically declined due to Covid-19. We want to raise £12,500 to help us survive.
We have a fantastic opportunity to relaunch our campaign and raise additional funds to support the Consortium through this difficult time. Your support is invaluable in keeping the Consortium pavilion doors open, maintaining our three bowling greens to County standards, servicing our maintenance equipment and providing bowling opportunities to our members and the public.
Covid-19 - The pandemic has had a big impact on the Consortium of Cripplegate Bowlers: Our revenue has significantly dropped with the cancellation of all club matches, fundraising and social events.
1. To raise sufficient funds so we can renew our lease with the local council and survive the pandemic
2. Encourage more people to come and enjoy bowls

3. Continue to host community events

We will be open for socially distant club bowls from the 29th March, of course following all the safety guidelines!
Lawn Bowls is a fantastic game suitable for all ages and abilities, regardless of experience.
Easy to learn with simple rules, Lawn Bowls is the perfect sport for men, woman and children. Being outdoors, exercising in the fresh air is the perfect way to support a healthy active lifestyle, meet people and make new friends.

We would like to say thank you for your support in keeping the Consortium open. After you have donated please feel free to select one of the donation rewards.
All donations will be gratefully received regardless of the amount. We would be devastated to have to close our doors and say goodbye to our wonderful members and the community we love so much.
