Club / Community and your support....

NDCC have been providing for and part of the local community since 1857. Our last 18 months have been the most difficult phase in the clubs existence as Covid-19 has impacting adversely on the services we provide foremost. We want to get back to supporting all of our members and the community recovering from challenges which Covid has thrown-up such as lost financial revenue streams etc. We are a Clubmark accredited (best practice) club and have a volunteer team who are dedicated and skilled to improve every aspect of the club.

Your support will enable us to continue our focus on the provision of the NDCC Academy which is the lifeblood of the club. We want to build the club again from the bottom and a strong and vibrant Youth section will be the foundation stone for progress over many years to come. Your contribution big or small will be directed to the Youth Academy and its core costs as outlined under a Cricketing programme for all within the local community from 2022 onward.

This project.....

NDCC require support to develop this project which will provide Cricket opportunities for all in our community utilising best practice coaching aids eg playing surfaces / portable small-sized cricket nets for our Youth and Ladies section. These items will allow our best practice coaches to afford all youths over the next 12 months with cricket coaching across a range of environments all under the banner of the newly formed NDCC Youth Academy. The items / programme funding  will then give us opportunities to expand on our coaching programme within the academy to allow community sessions, club practice programmes and other mediums to be developed.

Your contribution to this Crowdfunder appeal will in essence be double by an additional 50% from SportNI who have pledged to double our target of £2500 to make a club purse of some £5000 for this project.
