Aim

To deliver fun arts & crafts workshops that bring communities together and offers the chance for people to be creative and learn new skills.

As an adult with Autism and ADHD I know how arts and crafts can be therapeutic for me. I have always been creative and I believe that I can make a difference, using my experience as a neuro divergent adult, and an artist. I already volunteer for a local charity. Team Rise Project was set up to support adults with disabilities, Autism, and people who are socially isolated or vulnerable. I joined the team recently as a volunteer and have been running arts and crafts workshops once a week. The joy that it brings to everyone involved is extremely rewarding. I have been funding the projects myself, suppling the arts and crafts materials, and taking time off work to deliver the workshops. I would love to dedicate more time to this and to be able to offer my workshops to more charities and support groups. The money I raise will allow me to offer more workshops and dedicate more time to this project. I am in the process of setting up a Community Interest Company but until then I am in need of funding to carry my workshops.
