I want to create a unique craft beer cafe selling locally produced craft beer direct from the Braslou Biere Microbrewery to the public.
Braslou Biere Microbrewery was born in a barn in Central France in 2016, exactly like Jesus. In 2023 we landed like a crashed bird in North Cornwall and now we are making beer here and no one understands why. And yet here we are.
after establishing ourselves as the number one beer brand in the PL27 7SE postcode we now need to take over the world and quickly. In order to survive in what is probably the most hostile environment the beer trade has ever seen, we need to be selling more beer directly to the public.
We want to create a truly beautiful little beer cafe, selling our locally produced beer that creates employment and benefits the local area by bringing in tourism and trade.
We have found the perfect unit in the Hawksfield Artisan shopping village just outside Wadebridge, but we need your help to do it.
We need your help please
We require funding to help us transition from our current taproom to the beer cafe at Hawksfield - that means fitting out a bar, interior design and decorating, indoor and outdoor furniture and covering operating costs while we move over. We think we can do something sensational on a very small budget relatively speaking, but we do require that very small budget and we don’t have it and that’s why we are asking you for help.
