Warm Spaces and Happy Faces! Reducing loneliness and isolation in older people in a warm and welcoming environment.

GREY MATTERS ACTIVE AGEING is a one stop shop for older people living in Helensburgh and Lomond. We are extending our activities including meetings at weekends and evenings to offer a warm space for older people feeling the pinch.
