Aim
The Cosy Cafe is a space where folk can come to keep warm, build friendships and share information and skills.
Who are we?
The Cosy Cafe is an initiative of The Bridge Project, based at Bridgeway Hall Methodist Mission. Our team is formed of church and community members who want to make a warm hub available in the centre of our neighbourhood.
Community impact
The Cosy Cafe provides a warm space, free hot drinks and snacks and a chance to share and learn new skills and pastimes.
Why are we crowdfunding?
We currently have funding to run the cafe for December and January but we would like to continue for longer and expand the skills and experience for those coming to the cafe.
How we’ll spend the money raised
We will use the money raised to contribute towards the running expenses of the cafe, including fuel, drinks and food products and some minor improvements to the cafe facilities to make more welcoming.
