Our cricket club is raising funds to build a new pavilion at our second ground — a vital step in supporting our growing teams and community.
Corsham Cricket Club is a friendly, community-focused club set in the heart of Wiltshire, where cricket and camaraderie go hand in hand. We welcome players of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds — from juniors taking their first steps in the game to seasoned players enjoying competitive league cricket. With excellent facilities, dedicated coaches, and a strong social spirit, Corsham CC offers something for everyone: cricket, friendship, and a sense of belonging. Our members take pride in upholding the club’s long history while always looking to the future, developing young talent and growing the game locally. Whether you’re keen to play, volunteer, or simply enjoy a sunny afternoon watching from the boundary, you’ll always receive a warm welcome at Corsham Cricket Club — your home of cricket and community.

We have been extremely lucky to receive a Sport England Matched funding of up to £15K award, so for every penny you donate to our project, Sport England will match that, bringing our goal closer to reality.
We’re building a new pavilion at our second ground to give everyone in our cricket family the facilities they deserve. Our academy players need a proper base to learn, grow, and dream big. Our women’s team and rapidly growing girls’ section need welcoming, modern spaces to play, train, and thrive. And for our local over-55s, we want to introduce the fun and fitness of walking cricket — proving it’s never too late to enjoy the team spirit and joy of the game. This pavilion isn’t just a building; it’s a place where opportunity, inclusion, and community come together. With your help, we can create a space where every generation feels part of something special — cricket for all, for life.

We are hoping to qualify for the Sport England movement fund up to £15000 matched funding grant. We are confident we have an engaged user community who will raise money and donate up to that value quickly. This would be amazing for us if we were to be successful as it would allow us to build our pavilion to future proof all our diverse groups.
As shown in the opening picture funds raised in this crowdfunding will be used to build our new proposed pavilion at St Barnabas. All funds raised will go on the planning and build of the building in the hope it will be ready for the 2026 season.
This project is about so much more than just a new cricket pavilion. It is the opportunity to continue to grow and develop the game we all love to a wider audience. Be it new over 55 walking cricket, more womens and girls cricket opportunities or increased access to the game for all local players. This project will bring massive impacts to the local area.
