Copeland Gin is a handcrafted premium gin flavoured with fruits from the fields of County Down. Surprising & fresh ginfusions!
Founded in the Summer of 2015, Copeland Spirits has created a unique range of handcrafted, infused gins using the freshest produce from the fields of County Down.
Copeland Gin is lovingly produced using our bespoke, handcrafted process in the rural town of Saintfield in Northern Ireland. We infuse our own premium gin with fresh, locally grown produce from the fields of County Down. Hand turning and mixing the fruit every few days allows us to instil quality into each and every bottle.
We have created two unique ginfusions as part of the Copeland Gin range: Rhuberry (rhubarb and blackberry) and Raspberry & Mint. Working with the carefully selected botanicals of our base gin, the flavours released by the natural fruit additions ensure a premium taste that will surprise and delight.
At 37.8% proof, these two premium ginfusions can be enjoyed simply with tonic, as part of a cocktail or even on their own over ice. Raspberry & Mint goes great with Fevertree tonic, some fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint or it can be used to creat a Gin-Collins: Raspberry & Mint, lemon juice & sugar syrup, topped with a slice of lemon & tonic! Or what about a measure of Rhuberry topped up with prosecco for an easy, aspirational cocktail?
Our core values of freshness, surprise and artisan quality are built into every bottle, with every handcrafted batch made from fruit sourced solely from County Down in Northern Ireland.

Retail prices for both the Rhuberry and Raspberry & Mint 70cl bottles are £30 each.
