We are a long-established residents' association (est. 1938). Local businesses have been affected by Covid and so our Association, having paid for Christmas lights for the past two years from our funds, needs support for the future. This is especially so as Transport for London demand nearly £600 for a licence to erect the Christmas Lights because we are on one of their "red routes". Hire of the lights costs £2500 per annum and we will be unable to meet the necessary cost in the future without additional support. The situation, like for many, has been exasperated by Covid pandemic, as we have been unable to collect our annual subscriptions, in spite of having to meet all our other costs.
