Help Downside Up create an amazing show!

Aim

Help us fund our touring circus show Dodecagon! We are Company Downside Up, 12 passionate BA students touring in our last year at Circomedia

WHO ARE WE?

We are a company of 12 circus performers all in our last year studying at Circomedia. For the last module of our degree we are creating a professional tour, a performance which we will tour to different venues across the UK.

Our company is made up of many talented people with a variety of specialisations, including aerial, acro, juggling and physical theatre.

DODECAGON

'Dodecagon' is a thrilling show filled with aerial circus and acrobatics, in this unique performance we will take you on a journey through a delicate and balanced community, where even the slightest misstep can upset the harmony.

Dodecagon features a custom-built rig that serves as the centrepiece for this fun and exciting circus show. As you immerse yourself in this world you'll meet an array of weird and wonderful characters, each with their own quirks and talents, set against a backdrop of beautiful music and crazy scenery.

But when something goes wrong, the balance of the ecosystem is thrown off. Can the community come together to fix what’s broken, or is this fragile world destined to crumble?

WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH

Being a student show, we have a tight budget yet big aspirations, and want to create an incredible touring show for you to see. We are hoping to raise a total of £700 for the creation of 'Dodecagon'. This money would go towards amazing set design, incredible costumes and marketing the show. We want to create the best show we can for you, our audience.

REWARDS

For helping us raise money you could have the chance to receive a personalised video from one of our members doing a trick in their specialisation, and even autographed photos of the whole company!
