Help us line our Community Shed

Aim

We would like to raise £500 to pay to insulate and line our Community Shed. Once finished, it will provide a space for community use.

Urban Moorings was created by a group of boaters to provide support and open /indoor spaces for the local community, as well as providing much needed  moorings and services for local and passing boaters.   

Urban Moorings is located within the rich industrial history of Wolverhampton, tying together both land and canal communities.  Our ultimate aim is to restore the historic boathouse on site.  To achieve this aim we need the assistance of everyone.  

We have already built on site raised garden beds,  indoor spaces and now we have a new community shed, which will become the hub of our project. Hosting clubs, coffee mornings, meetings and providing an indoor space for local organisations to use.

We need help to get it lined and insulated so it can be used all year round.
