We take immense pride in helping people get their foot in the door of the media industry, providing vital, real-world, live on-air experience to aspiring presenters, producers, and creatives who wouldn't get this chance anywhere else.

Giving people a voice and a platform is an incredible privilege, but keeping a multi-award-winning online station running 24/7 comes with significant, unavoidable costs. From streaming servers and broadcast licensing to maintaining studio equipment and software, the financial realities are steep.

To ensure we can keep our digital doors open, protect our independent platform, and continue training the local and global talent of tomorrow, we need our community's help. Every penny raised from this £18,000 goal will go directly toward:

▪ Station Overheads & Licensing: Keeping our global streams live and fully compliant with broadcasting regulations.

▪ Upgrading Studio Equipment: Ensuring the new talent we train are working with industry-standard gear.

▪ Expanding Our Training Programs: Allowing us to take on more individuals who need that crucial live, hands-on media experience.
