The Wellgate Community Parents’ Forum would love to give families a seaside experience but we need your help! We’re missing £250.
It's summer time again and we’re hoping to make this summer a time to remember. For many, summer is all about sun, sea and sand but for others this is only a dream. That’s why we’re planning a coach trip to Walton on the Naze for families in the Marks Gate and Chadwell Heath communities (London Borough of Barking and Dagenham) who find it difficult to pay for a day out. But we can't do it without your help.
We are missing £250 to pay for the coach to take the families there and back. We have already secured funding for the first coach but there are many more families pleading for an opportunity to experience the seaside.
We appreciate anything you can donate to help us along our way. It's not everyday children from an inner city community get to put their toes in the ocean so please donate what you can.
