‘COMMON UNITY’ is a free event that brings our local community together in celebration of creativity and wellbeing.

OUR VISION:

‘COMMON UNITY’ is a free event that brings our local community together in celebration of creativity and wellbeing. 

You can anticipate a day of outdoor yoga, art installations, wellbeing stalls and world music in collaboration with The People’s Lounge, Live at the Bandstand and Portsmouth City Council. 

Local organisations will set up stalls to share their artwork and organic products; answer questions about healing services and demonstrate their work via mini-sessions.

WHY WE'RE HOSTING THIS EVENT:

- To highlight Portsmouth's creative diversity; 

- To celebrate wellbeing in a fun and accesible way; 

- To encourage environmental awareness and low waste practices;

- To create opportunities for sole traders, small businesses & private practices. 

WHO WE ARE:

This event is organised by Grace & Simin of Portsmouth. 

Grace is the co-founder of Live Well Southsea, an umbrella organisation that supports wellbeing and wholesome living in our local area. 

Sim, founder of Sim.ply Be, specialises in ancient womb healing practices and is a qualified birth doula. 

HOW YOU CAN HELP: 

Donations toward this project will help us create a more curated and engaging experience - such as mini stages, lounge areas, art installations and more. 

The funds will also go toward marketing; compensation for our project managers and main stage performers. 

There are multiple ways you can support this campaign. You can make a donation of any amount, or select a ‘Reward’ from the side bar. 

Many of these Rewards have been donated to our campaign from local businesses - so a big THANK YOU to these local businesses for their support.
