Aim
The aim of our project is to raise funds to be able to invest in our ladies more through a wide range of equipment and increased services.
The aim of our project is to create an even bigger and better community of individuals who are looking to better them selfs through a love of looking after their bodies, through exercise, a balanced diet and mindfulness.
Coach Lucy is a brand/ business looking to improve the wellbeing of a wide variety of individuals across many different age groups.
Our services are for individuals looking to help them selves, others and their environment. To care for not only them selves but the others around them and their surroundings. Coach Lucy is about the metal and physical wellbeing of our community it's about your love for your self as an individual and how you can help others achieve that too.
Health and well-being is much more than just going to the gym or eating well to me, it's everything that you do on a daily basis. It's look after your body and respecting all the amazing thing's it can do, through the use of regular exercise and eating well to only compliment the amazing foundation you have created already.
I want to change the mind set of females who think that exercise is a way to punish and diets are away to torture.
