We aim to continually improve the Centre facilities eg through the acquisition of WiFi.
The Clatter Community Centre, formerly the village school, is at the heart of the local community and is owned and run on a voluntary basis. Recently refurbished, it is available for local groups, family parties, funeral teas and special events and celebrations. The money raised is to fund our Warm Welcome scheme which offers local residents an opportunity to 'Pop Along' each Wednesday 12.30-3.00pm and on an advertised Saturday each month to enjoy a 'warm welcome' of friendship, activity and refreshment in most agreeable surroundings.
Always anxious to improve facilities for all Centre users we are currently seeking ways of acquiring WiFi links which will add greatly to the warm welcome project.
