Classic Concerts at the Faversham Assembly Rooms

Aim

We'd like to start broadcasting our superb recitals so those who can't attend in person can still experience Classic Concerts every Saturday

Our vision is to allow as large an audience as possible to experience our weekly Classic Concert recitals at the Faversham Assembly Rooms.

Some of our patrons become unable to attend regular recitals for various reasons and we'd like to offer the opportunity to allow them to stay connected to the musical community we have established over the last few years. We would also like to be able to expand the musical community with people all over the country being able to access our concerts.

Every Saturday at 10:45am, a musician or ensemble of musicians gives a forty five minute programme of diverse, scintillating, and captivating classical music, every week a surprise, and Faversham has always provided a full house to enjoy this experience.

The money we raise through this project will cover the extra funds we'd need to capture, broadcast, and archive these performances, making sure that our performers were paid for providing performances that patrons could enjoy at any time, anywhere.

The live experience would remain our main focus but we have wanted to offer this for some time, and with your funding, we could really make this happen!
