Aim: Supporting men and young males facing mental health struggles, isolation, and stigma by providing safe, empowering, stigma-free spaces.

Clarity for Men CIC is a community interest company dedicated to transforming the mental health and wellbeing of men and young males across Yorkshire. Our passionate team combines lived experience and professional expertise to create safe, stigma-free spaces—both online and in person—where men can find the support they need to heal, connect, and rebuild their lives.

In 2025 alone, we have already supported nearly 400 families, yet we are now at full capacity and unable to meet the growing demand for personalised one-to-one support.

We offer certified coaching, drop-in sessions, creative therapies, walking groups, and fitness activities — all designed to nurture resilience, reduce isolation, and promote lasting recovery.

Our Vision

We envision a future where no man or boy feels alone in their mental health struggles. Through community, compassion, and connection, we strive to build stronger, healthier lives and a more inclusive society.

• Hire additional certified coaches to provide vital one-to-one support, both online and in person
