Churchyy Is a mobile e-commerce application that allows users (Church users) to pay their donations during church service. the church goer’s will need to register and specify which church they attend in order to be enrolled for collection to be taken electronically via the app. This is a faster way of taking collection, without the need of getting church ushers to help collect the money, or any type of miscounting, email and text notifications will be sent to the church and the memeber of the congregation when the donation has been made. The collection would be deposited into the church’s bank account. Churchyy allows the users to have a profile displaying their contact details and show their collection history: i.e. how many transactions they have done and if they are on direct debit for giving donations. From every transaction a fee of 0.50p will be added to every donation given via the app.
Churchyy is designed to create an effective interaction between the church organisations and the church member's on an interactive scale . A Majority of memebers in the congregation use the Bible electronically, Which indicates the whole process is moving into the technological era.
