Aim

Chunky Tread MAC display stand project. To create a professional looking stand and gazebo system for events and shows.

The Chunky Tread Motorcycle Adventure Club is 4 years old.

With our Facebook friends and members now reaching 1900+ we allow free access to posts from traders, members, authors and in fact anyone. I want to keep the CTMAC open and available to all input because that is what the formula was at the start.

Our Mission: 

Give those who have a travel story to tell, somewhere to tell their tale. Give those who dream about adventure travel inspiration and ideas.

 Most adventure riders want to spread the word, those with books and videos to show their travel story, can never afford trader stand space at the shows. Many events however offer free stand space to clubs. With that in mind the club was born. 

The club is free to join and post details of products, events, books, etc etc BUT with no fees we have no budget so here I am seeking help to make the club events stand out form the crowd. Like mini sponsorship, your donation will help.

So to make our events and shows a little more 'professional' looking, I am launching this funding page to create a stock of exhibition equipment for the future events .

The budget is £2000. 

The Shopping List. 

Feather Flags. The show standard 3.5 mtr logo flags with bases and ground spikes. (4)

Gazebo. 3x3 mtrs printed pop-up Gazebo structures with sides. ( 2 to enable 6x2 max)

Demarcation posts & chain. To give our show stands an edge... literally. 

Click together floor tiles. (6x3mtrs for the tents). 

The list is small and simple and any left over or extra funding will buy stickers, and give-away items to promote the club.

We have 5 events listed this year and the Manchester bike show saw us in front of 40000 people but in my humble opinion, the stand could have looked better. 

We will continue to offer free membership and open traders/authors posts BUT our events will look great with a little help from our friends.
