Dulwich Square Christmas Tree 2026

Aim

To ask all who have enjoyed a Christmas tree in the Square if they would like to make a contribution, however small, towards a tree for 2026

The Friends of Dulwich Square has successfully crowdfunded for a Christmas tree in the Square since 2022 (though there was no tree in 2024 when the final version was being created).

After comments three years ago that the tree was too expensive, last year we had a slightly smaller tree to cut down the cost. This in turn was criticised as being rather dumpy. Although we probably just can’t win, this year we are going for what we hope will be a Goldilocks tree!

We need to raise £2280 before 1 December

In previous years we have always had between 80 and 90 contributors. When you think how many people pass through the Square during December it would be great if all who enjoy the tree were to contribute towards it, to make it a real community enterprise. So do ask your friends to help too.

Any excess will be given to Crisis at Christmas.
