Aim

The aim of this project is to buy Christmas presents for newly arrived, refugee children and families.

Presents for Bearwood

Bearwood Action for Refugees supports a number of newly arrived families who have travelled to the UK to seek asylum. Every year we ask people to donate presents for the families and children we support. Due to the ongoing pandemic we have decided that it would be difficult to provide support in this way. Instead we are asking you to support us by donating money towards Christmas presents for our families.

Here are a couple of examples of what your donations will enable us to buy: 

A £10.00 donation will enable us to buy a teddy as a gift.

An £8.00 donation will enable us to buy a children’s book as a gift.

A £5.00 donation will enable us to buy a children’s hat as a gift.

We will also be supporting local businesses by purchasing the gifts from them.
