We want to make Denbury extra magical this year & need to raise funds to facilitate lights, Christmas Trees, Father Christmas visit and more

The more money we raise the more we can invest back into the community, ensuring this Christmas is as magical and supportive as it can be for the community and also for years to come as each Christmas we can build on the previous one, perhaps building on the decorations, staging pantomimes, organising Christmas Dinners for those alone at Christmas and so much more.
Update 8th December "We are so thrilled to have received so much support so far! Thank you to everyone who has donated - we are aiming for £1500 if we can get there so any support is still gratefully received! We have already started to put up lights and trees in the village and elves are busy behind the scenes creating a vehicle for Santa to travel in around the village on the15th December."
Our vision;
"As Christmas is going to be very difficult and challenging for so many this year and we are all unable to go out and enjoy all the things we may usually do, such as visiting Father Christmas, enjoying Christmas experiences and attractions, gathering for carol services and with friends and family in some cases. we want to bring some extra magic to Denbury this Christmas and bring in some beautiful Christmas Lights, a Christmas Tree for the village and more. We have facilitated a visit from the big man himself, Father Christmas together with his elves and he has expenses that need paying as the journey from the North Pole isn't cheap! We also want to organise additional support in various ways for those in the village who maybe shielding, vulnerable or alone, ensuring they feel part of the community- this is so important and even more so at this time of year. We have already received donations and support from the Church and the May Fayre committee, but we need a little more to be able to ensure the next few weeks are extra beautiful, in fact to ensure Christmas in Denbury for years to come can be amazing. We would love to build a Christmas fund that can be used when the world gets back to as near normal as possible for the benefit of the whole community. Any donations, however small, that anyone can make to help us achieve all this would be amazing."
