Christmas Hampers

Aim

To provide Christmas Hampers for 50 older people living in Derby and Derbyshire

At Christmas our new Derbyshire Committee would like to distribute around 50 hampers to older people living across Derbyshire.  Age UK Derby and Derbyshire are asking for your support this year to help the committee raise the £10 a head needed to provide each of these hampers. 

Age UK Derby and Derbyshire believe No One Should Have No One at Christmas or the whole year round and should our efforts, and your kind donations, raise more than the requested £500 amount needed for the hampers then any extra money raised will be put towards providing our services which will further help reduce loneliness and social isolation for older people over the coming year.  These are services such as our memory lane clinics, day services, befriending and Information and Advice which  help older people living in Derby and Derbyshire access the entitlements they are entitled to and the help they need to get out and about.
