Cherry Blossom Infant Loss Support

Aim

Cherry Blossom is Her-Place’s dedicated service supporting women and families following baby and infant loss.

Cherry Blossom was created because when a baby dies, families need somewhere to turn, someone to listen and a place where their baby will always be remembered.

This October, we are bringing our community together through a Service of Remembrance at St Mary’s Church, Wistaston, on 11 October, followed by our 4-mile sponsored walk from Acton Church on 18 October. Together, these events give families and the wider community an opportunity to remember precious babies, walk in their memory and show bereaved families that they are not alone.

Our community gravestone and new memorial bench will provide a lasting place to sit, reflect and remember.

Cherry Blossom is entirely self-funded by Her-Place. Every donation, sponsorship and £10 walk entry helps us keep this vital support available.
