Help us to get Green Party Candidate, Daniel Wilson, on Cheltenham ballot papers in 2024!

 New stretch target

Anything over £1,500 will go towards present and future Green Party campaigns!

Residents of Cheltenham deserve the right to vote Green on their ballot papers when the General Election is held in the UK on July 4th.

While Conservative ineptitude has been a consistent theme in the news, the indications are that Labour will offer very little in terms of genuine change for the average Brit in 2024 and beyond.

It's clear that Green voices are needed across the UK to provide real hope and real change. In Cheltenham, these voices are particularly important to challenge the two-party status quo held between the Tories and the Lib Dems for the last 30 years.

We have the ideal candidate to speak up in Daniel Wilson; a Cheltenham resident who believes "it is time for serious change, as people feel the full force of the cost-of-living crisis and with the climate crisis on our doorstep."

The Green Party is committed to defending our NHS, protecting our seas and rivers, and implementing common sense steps to improve standard of living and housing availability.

In order to enact these policies, we need to raise at least £1,500 before the General Election to ensure we can fund our candidate deposit and provide enough leaflets to reach every voter in Cheltenham!

Additionally, if Daniel retains their deposit, any funds raised come back and can be spent by the Green Party again, so we can keep building strength both locally and nationally.

The Green Party cannot rely on big donors like the other parties so we appreciate any help from members and supporters.

Are you ready to support us?

P.S. Because we're a political party....

We're required to run electoral register checks from people making donations above £500, and if you donate over £1,500 during a year, we are required to let the Electoral Commission know, who will make this available on their website. All donations go to general Green Party funds.
