Overview
We’re building a beautiful, inclusive, and sustainable Community Garden in Cheddar, and we need your help to bring it to life!
Led by The Space, this project aims to transform an area into a thriving, multi-use space where people can grow, connect with nature, learn new skills, and come together as a community.
Why It Matters
In times of rising isolation, mental health challenges, and food insecurity, community spaces like gardens provide so much more than vegetables. They offer:
- 🌻 Mental well-being through connection to nature
- 🧑🌾 Hands-on learning about sustainable growing
- 🫂 A welcoming space for people of all ages and backgrounds
- 🥕 Fresh, local produce for those in need
We’ve already got the land, the passion, and the volunteers. Now we need funding to get growing.
