Team Flying for Change is raising £20,000 for The King's Trust through the Million Makers Challenge
Team Flying for Change is proud to be the first British Airways team to compete in the Million Makers Challenge.
As a group of thirteen apprentices and graduates, all working across different areas of British Airways, Team Flying for Change has come together with one shared mission: to make our mark through The King's Trust Million Makers challenge.
But this isn't just about us. Over the next six months, Team Flying for Change is looking to push ourselves, push our colleagues, and bring the business along with us on an important journey, with the aim of raising over £20,000 for The King's Trust, by February 2026.
The King’s Trust believes that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter their background or the challenges they are facing.The charity helps young people from disadvantaged communities and those facing the greatest adversity by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn.
To help us reach this ambitious target, our Million Makers strategy focuses on two separate pillars: Walking to Victory and our inaugural Cruising Altitude Gala Ball.
