Aim
I am challenging the under-funding of my son's EHCP via Judicial Review.
I am challenging the under-funding of my son's EHCP via Judicial Review. I need to raise the funds for a pre-action letter and am seeking support from other interested people. A success could help schools to secure the funding they need to provide the support that children with SEN are legally entitled to.
The Solicitor has estimated £800-£1500 + VAT for the preaction letter and investigations. If there is any money left over, it will be donated to SENsational Families, a Norfolk based charity, (number 1173051) to support other families with children with SEND.
