Aim
To move to bigger premises, to move the buisness on to the next level.
For those that know me, this is the short version. 2 Years into full time Cornish Field Kitchen the time has come to take the leap to bigger ,better unit. Clearspace is a brand new Industrial site in Wadebridge, full of start ups and companies like mine expanding.
We have secured the unit, this crowdfunding is to help us finish fitting out. I say we as i will sharing the space with Kaloura's Kitchen , another private chef company looking to expand. Long time friends, Georgie used to work for me years ago. We have helped each other out over the last couple of years, so sharing the same space is a great solution to our respective plans. We have future proofed by taking on a larger unit, so we can expand over the next few years without having to move
The unit will be a production unit for private chef work, production for online sales and also we hope to cater to the other 70 units on site for breakfast, lunch, product launches, buiness meetings etc.
Also we hope to host pop ups under our own roof. The potential for the site is huge, only limited by our imagination. .
