Aim
My vision is to provide hot food and prep to go meal delivery, serving the Warrington vegan community, whilst creating job opportunities
I am a self taught vegan chef and owner of the award winning GREEN ROOM cafe based in Warrington. I single-handedly produce a large range of tasty vegan meals, mock meats and deserts and have consistently gained a five-star reputation from customers.
My vision is to be able to supply the large demand for a hot food and prep to go delivery service for the Warrington vegan community,while also providing local employment opportunities.
Any funds raised would enable me to purchase a much larger catering oven and refrigeration, allowing me to produce food on a much bigger scale of the same high quality. It would also allow me to employ a delivery driver and staffing to enable me to make this dream a reality
