We are running our prize draws to raise funds for the dry docking of the legendary and historic ex trawler / pirate radio ship, Ross Revenge

The Prize

SPEND A WEEKEND ONBOARD ROSS REVENGE DURING A LIVE BROADCAST

This is a unique opportunity for one person to spend a weekend onboard Ross Revenge with the presenters and crew during a Radio Caroline North live broadcast from the Blackwater Estuary

The prize is for one person to spend two nights staying onboard Ross Revenge in a private crew cabin. The winner will experience the atmosphere of a live broadcast first hand and be part of the weekend team. All meals and refreshments provided.

The winner will go out to the ship on the Friday evening of the broadcast weekend from Bradwell Marina on our tender with the crew and return to Bradwell Marina after the 9 pm closedown show on Sunday night. 

Please note:

1. Ross Revenge is a former fishing trawler and visitors should therefore be reasonably able bodied, be able to climb steep stairs and ladders unaided and without aids. Unfortunately, this prize is not suitable for anyone who is partially sighted for safety reasons. 

2. Please bring sensible footwear with grip and appropriate clothing for the weather. 

3. Smoking is not permitted on the ship

4. We may not be able to cater for special dietary requirements. If this is the case, the winner will be asked to bring their own food with them

5. The winner will need to bring bedding or a sleeping bag

6. This prize is open to over 18s only

The Cause

Ross Revenge is in urgent need of Dry Docking, where surveys and important maintenance can be carried out. Our prize draws will hopefully help supplement our Fund Raising Appeal to achieve our goal of securing the future of our historic ship.
