We're still collecting donations
On the 3rd July 2020 we'd raised £785 with 54 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

We were shocked to learn that staff in care homes are twice as likely to die from Covid 19, so we wanted to do something to help our local care workers in Holmfirth.
This fundraiser is being organised by The Tech, Holmfirth, a community and creative hub in Holmfirth. Together we are putting on an online benefit to show case the work of groups who normally use the building. This will include performances by Soul Choir, Holme Valley Beats, Louise Curtis with her Ukulele band, storytime with Jim Whalley, an online quiz and more.
We hope you will join us on Thursday 18 June from 6.30-8.00pm to take part in this event and donate for our carers.
What will we do with the funds
Funds raised will be used to buy approximately 150 individual pamper packs for care home staff in Holmfirth. By giving each staff member a pamper pack containing toiletries and treats we are showing that we care. This token of appreciation will help boost their mental well-being, and help with the practicalities of obtaining essential toiletries during the pandemic.
