Aim
Help Caitlin in this campaign to stand on the Scottish Greens Regional List in Mid Scotland and Fife.
As we edge closer to climate catastrophe, we need environmental justice to be a political priority. I’m standing for Scottish Parliament to promote greener policies and greater social equality.
As MSP I would push to make Green choices the easiest choices - whether that’s further reducing rail fares and opening up new stations, like we’re seeing in Fife, or raising taxes on the wealthy so we can subsidise the upfront costs of renewable energy.
Green for too long has been seen as the privilege of the middle classes - as a candidate, I want to better communicate that we’re also there for those struggling to get by in leaky homes with expensive gas bills and sky-rocketing rents.
We need your help to make this a reality:
- £10 will deliver 150 leaflets across Mid Scotland and Fife
- £50 will print 650 newsletters raising awareness of the work we’re doing
- £100 will deliver campaign training to our volunteers to encourage people to get out to vote.
- Any donation you can give is helping us towards a fairer future.
As an approachable and engaging public speaker and active member of Perth and Kinross Branch, I already have a positive track record standing for election: increasing the green vote share by 20% in the 2024 council by-election in Perth City North.
I’ve worked for ten years to reduce inequality of opportunity for young people - listening to their needs and supporting them to create pathways to a brighter future. I would bring the same attitude to supporting constituents - helping them find a greener, more equitable future.
