Open a coffee roastery special

To open  a coffee roastery  specializing in premium, single origin, organic, artisanal coffee . Our coffee suppliers are small farms located  in Brazil's "Serra do Caparao" area, where the best Arabica coffee in Brazil is produced. All the coffees we have selected are award winners  and are grown only in limited quantities. Our focus is providing high quality unique tasting coffees,  produced in a totally environmentally sustainable way. This is why we source our beans only from small artisanal plantations which eschew the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. 

Our aim is to directly source the best quality Brazilian green coffee beans we can, grown in the most sustainable, social and environmental way. We then roast these to perfection to bring you the best tasting coffee available.

Environmental sustainability is a key importance to us. High quality unique flavoured coffee sourced with ethics is at the heart of everything we do.

We are not like other UK based roasters who simply source commodity grade green beans from coffee merchants. Our direct sourcing allows to develop long term, mutually beneficial relationship with our supplier plantations.
