The G20 youth group is working to enable the most marginalised and excluded young people to become confident and valued members of their community. The G20 is part of the Children's Wood charity who are working locally to tackle some of the most urgent 21st century issues such as food poverty, loneliness, achievement gap, climate change, access to nature and the decline of community.

The young people of "the G20” have transformed from being among the most despised in their community to gaining the respect of locals by, for example, preparing and delivering food to those who have had to shield and self-isolate during the pandemic, overcoming educational and organisational challenges to find valued employment; running street play sessions for local children; and helping the homeless by making up and delivering winter packs.

We at the Queen Margaret Drive street festival are proud to use our on-line festival to raise funds and awareness for this amazing cause. We are delighted to be joined by Clyde 1's and GBX DJ George Bowie to promote this great cause.
