We are excited to be part of pioneering a new community cafe in the heart of Salford.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a safe, welcoming and quality environment for people from any background to come and find a sense of belonging.
What we would like to accomplish
Loneliness is real and that feeling can cause people to isolate and struggle socially, we want to create an environment of connection and a place for people to develop healthy friendships to help combat low mood and anxiety. To do this we would love to partner with likeminded charities to help combat mental health challenges in Salford and the surrounding area.
We aim to provide reasonably priced food and drinks for people of any economic status to enjoy. We also want to support families during the school holidays with different activities and free lunches.
How we would like to transform our space
The money we are raising will help us create a better environment for families, including an area dedicated to children. We would love to transform the front of our building into an urban garden so that in the middle of the city people can find a space to relax and enjoy nature as well as being in the heart of a busy city.
