Aim: Covering costs of enhanced security so we can continue to provide places of safety and welcome for asylum seekers and refugees.
We have been shaken this last week by scenes of racist, islamophobic and xenophobic violence. We know that our neighbours, friends and members are scared.
In order to keep our welcome centre open, providing reassurance and vital services at this time, we have bought and installed CCTV, adapted our summer programme and hired private security.
Can you contribute to these additional costs that have enabled us to remain open, responding to need?
