A Cuppa and a Chat. Brayton bumble bees baby and toddler group offers an inclusive, warm, stimulating fun friendly space.
Brayton Busy Bees Pre-School opened Brayton Bumble Bees Baby and Toddler Group in February 2022 at the local village community centre. We are open 9.30 to 11.00 term time only.
As a preschool we saw the impact and affects of the pandemic on parents and children who were born in lockdown. Our village is a growing village with new builds and new families moving in. We believe that a community group in our village was much needed.

Our baby and toddler group offers a place for children to learn through play, develop communication and language and social skills and give them the best first steps in preparation for nursery and school.

Our group is a safe place for parents and carers to make friendships and seek help and reassurance from other parents. We offer a baby weighing which proves very popular and promote Healthy Eating and Early Help.

Our group has been very successful over the past year with new families attending each week. Therefore due to demand we have decided to run another session and extend our services by opening on a Friday.
We try and keep costs as low as possible to pay for the hire of the room, snack and drinks. Currently our sessions are one and half hours long. We would like to expand our baby section with new mats and soft play and physical equipment. We would like to help parents with the cost of living crisis and to extend our home learning story sacks and library books and to introduce a toy sharing library so parents can limit their spend on new resources for their children.

Monies raised will impact our group immensely and make a difference to health and wellbeing to those in our community.
