To launch an inclusive disability hub for ages 4-23 giving children, young people a safe place to grow, and families a vital break
Jigsaw House is a disability hub for children and young people aged 4-23. Our vision is simple to create a safe inclusive space where children and young people can enjoy themselves, take part in sessions, learn life skills, socialise and give families a vital break.
Behind Jigsaw House is a small team passionate with both professional and lived experience, we understand how vital it is for families to have support, and for young people to have somewhere that gives them independence confidence and community.
Every child and young person will have their own PIN profile (Personal Interests & Needs).
This helps us understand each individual better, adapt sessions to their strengths, and make sure they feel safe, supported, and included.
We’ve already started Phase One by connecting with local community centres, churches, and other venues. The goal is to run taster sessions and open days, giving families a chance to experience Jigsaw House while we build relationships with children, young people, and the wider community.
This early stage is about listening, adapting, and shaping the service together with those who will use it.
With your support, we can move into Phase Two — securing our own premises and bringing the full vision of Jigsaw House to life.
We are committed to transparency in how funds are allocated.
The £15,000 target will be used as follows:
Every contribution will help us put the pieces together to launch Jigsaw House.
With your support we can create a place for children and young people to thrive and families feel supported and everyone has a place they fit.
