BTTC Minibus Marathon

Aim

We love our minibus but we desperately need a new one. We're having a 12 hour table tennis marathon to raise some funds.

To help raise money for a replacement second hand minibus, we're going to play table tennis from 12 midday until 12 midnight on Saturday 31st January 2026.

Our target is £2000 which will be a contribution towards a second hand minibus like this one.

Come and join us at the Brighton Table Tennis Club in Kemptown with our friends the Kings of Ping from Bristol. Everyone is welcome to join in at any time during the day. 

Stay for the whole 12 hours or come for any part of the day. We want the club full for the whole 12 hour period. 

Brighton Table Tennis Club has a really strong sense of community. People love playing with us and helping us. We aim to inspire everyone who plays or volunteers with us to be the best they can be and everyone is welcome.

Our current minibus does over 15k miles every year but it's now on its last legs and desperately needs replacing. It is a vital part of the club as we use it to pick up and drop off players and take coaches and tables to our outreach sessions. 

During the week we use our minibus to collect children from local primary schools and bring them to the BTTC for after school clubs in Moulsecoomb and Kemptown.

On Saturday & Sundays it takes players to competitions all over the country all year round.

What we desperately need is a replacement second hand 17 seater minibus so that we can continue to give our players all of these amazing and life changing opportunities.
