Brymbo Pool

Aim

Brymbo Community Council have agreed to buy Brymbo Pool and aim to raise at least £5000 towards these costs as well as improving the site.

It is part of our history and as Councillor I know how important it is to the people of the village.

Brymbo Community Council already lease the Pool and decided to make an offer to purchase it after it was put up for sale. 

An agreement has been reached following discussions. Contracts have been exchanged and a deposit paid by the Council.

Brymbo Community Council are finalising a funding package which will include the cost of land, fees and ongoing maintenance. They also hope to carry out further improvements to the pool and surrounding areas.

These improvements include accessible footpaths, additional disabled fishing points, boardwalk replacement and environmental works.

Brymbo Community Council has set up this crowd funder to help raise funds and secure the site for the village. Any amount of support is welcome.
