I am looking to start a microblading business based in Sheffield.
I have recently returned to the UK after studying and playing basketball on scholarship in the U.S.. My natural eyebrows are thin and found myself having to fill my eyebrows in several times daily due to them washing away every time I had training so microblading became my go to. It gave me a natural, stress-free brow.
The only issue I found was that many people were charging £300 upwards so it isn't affordable to everyone. I want to be able to make microblading more affordable by charging under the average amount and offering regular discounts and rolling out offers.
I don't want this to be an ordinary microblading business. I want to make my services available to those who have experienced the trauma of hair loss such as alopecia or people who have undergone chemo therapy. Microblading was initially created in Asia for that reason and I want to embrace that fact.
It takes up to an hour and a half in exchange for three years of pencil free brows. If you are worried about the pain, don't be, I was apprehensive too at first but a numbing cream is applied to take the pain away. So the old saying that "beauty is pain" does not apply here!
